Hi,

i have filled out form-like templates created on word and need to transfer the response on each form to a sharepoint list.

I would like to know how i can set up a flow so that the response in each form becomes a row in the list.

    Hi @Yemsi ,

In your case, the information stored word document form should be stored in SharePoint document library or received as attachment in email. These 2 events can be the triggering points for Power Automate flow. You can use the predefined AI builder and train it, then make use of it in the Power Automate. Refer the below video link for better understanding.

Thanks for your response but my organization does not permit AI. How else can i convert the forms in word to a list on sharepoint?

    Hi @Yemsi ,

If AI is not supported, then you need to use other workaround like extracting the word document and parsing it as xml to reach the right xpath to get the values that you are going add as SharePoint list item column value. Please refer the below link for parsing the word document from Flow.
