How to get a table that Excel 365 Home Get data from Web lost Table Structure?

I run into a particular website that Excel of Office 365 Home fail at table structure by query from URL. Microsoft Office 365 Tech support confirmed problem cannot be fixed with latest version.
Example is Following screenshot shows some cells have no content.
Can Power Automation AI help?
Can I add processing to table extracted but without proper structure?
