On-Premise site address not showing up even though connection has been made

I'm trying to create a flow with a connection to a on-premise SharePoint site using a gateway.   The problem is that when my site address does not show up in the Site Address pull-down of the "When item is Created" SharePoint trigger.

 

The Gateway is shared with me with 'Can use' permissions.

However, no gateways show up when I select Data -> Gateways

Yet the gateway showed up when I created a connection

And the connection status shows Connected even though the Gateway field just keeps showing Loading...

And the site doesn't appear in the Site Address drop-down list...

I think I'm just missing one small detail.    Any suggestions?

    Hi @eshen,

    It may be something wrong happen on your gateway.

    I can see the status of gateway for the connection is loading:

    The prngateway may be the old gateway which has been uninstalled, it doesn't exist in your environment.Annotation 2019-10-01 092238.png

    So, you need to install a new gateway, have a try:

    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/
