I create new files based on MSFT forms  (here you can see the end of the solution where i move them to a permanent location for storage)

No matter how i try to update file properties for these newly created files i get an error.

Example below where i am trying to match columns with the data which i got from forms. Yet, i cannot assign it to the same fiels in sharepoint as column data (data format all the same). neither does this work ie if i filter array...

Would someone advise please?

@AL-10021611-0 It's hard to offer any recommendations without seeing your full flow and the logic behind it. Toggle off the New Designer and click each action to expand it. Upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode.

This has been solved. The walkaround the use of onedrive is to split this flow in 2. In second one get html to text from email and reference that correctly (if you have unique names Or can assign date to file name), and update there.
