Recurrence --- post different message every day

I want to post different message on Facebook every day.

If today's day is 01 then "XXX"

if today;s day is 02 then "YYY"

How can we do this?

Hi Mhu12,

What dose “XXX” mean? Is it a Date?

It seems that when we use “Recurrence” to trigger a flow, in the action “post to my timeline on Facebook”, we can only fill a string in Status Message. When the flow run, the posted messages would be the same.
As a workaround, we can trigger the flow by clicking a button, followed by an action “post to my timeline on Facebook”. In PowerApps, add a Button and a Textbox, and configure the Text property of the Textbox to:Today(). When the button is clicked, the data in the Textbox can be posted to Facebook.

Please try to create a flow triggered by a button. If this still not works for you, please feel free to reply.

What I mean is:

If today is Friday, message will be "Hey guys, happy Friday"
If today is Saturday, message will be "Hey guys, happy Saturday"

I want to dynamically change the content of the string, depending on the day.

Can we do this with Recurrence?

From your example, and since there are only 7 possible values, maybe you can handle it evaluating current date with conditions. I succeded some weeks ago to implement such kind of conditions in advanced mode by using utcnow().
I know it's dirty but I cannot imagine a different solution

I imagine something like

If DayName(utcnow())="Monday" Then ("Happy Monday!")

First of all, please note the following thread reports problems when editing Conditions in Advanced Mode. However, it used to work on May-June 2016 timeframe

In the link above you will see some screenshots of the "Condition" block, and the option to edit it in Advanced Mode (down to the left inside the block)

Utcnow() used to work fine in Conditions... at least on May-June 2016 timeframe. Please see this thread as an example
