Hi Team, my colleague set up Powerautomate Workflows and he is no longer working for the company. When running  the Flowchecker - there are no errors/issues. Connectors : Approvals, Office 365 Outlook, Sharepoint are linked to my name and marked with green checkmark button. However when running the WF, there is still an error.

Your approval flow is failing. There's an error in your flow preventing the creation of Approvals. Use the link below to learn more about the errors with your flow and/or environment configuration.

The request failed. Error code: 'ApprovalConnectionOwnerNotFoundInGraph'. Error Message: 'The Approvals connection owner was not found in Graph. Object id: '3ef31b2b-d435-4c28-4c28-98dc-fe722b0c0701'

Please advice what needs to be done? Thank you.

    Hi @IldikoMolnarova

    1. Can you please verify that each Action, has had their connection reset to a connection that you own

BTW, you should use service accounts, not a person, for reasons like what happened.

    2. Make sure you are the Owner, by using Set Primary Owner and select yourself.

Let me know if that fixes it.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Thank You
