How to save a flow to my own PC

My network isn't very good when it comes to connect to MS. Is there a chance that I can save a flow to my own PC?

You can export as a package -

Hi CFernandes,
I am using Power Automate Desktop to creat some flows to save time. But when I try to run a flow that I creat before, It says Downloading. And the Downloading progress always takes a long time. In this case, I wounder whether I can save a flow to my own PC so that there wont be a downloading progress and the flow can run immediately.

For Desktop Flow,

You will have to Create a solution.

Add existing Desktop flows.

Export the solution.
