Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Quite new to all of this and trying to develop a tool for our surplus warehouse. We have a need for users to submit a form with multiple items to be picked up and taken to the warehouse. Due to licensing concerns this needs to happen in standard O365 apps. The data needs to land in a Sharepoint list and from there it will be handled by a canvas app to check some of those items into the warehouse. I am struggling to find a good way to present a table (or some other control) for the submitting user to enter those items. Any suggestions?
