We have the free version of Power Automate. We have central team of 4 people. How do we set up and go about developing and sharing corporate power automate processes across many users including version control etc. In fact are we allowed to do this or does each user have to own their onw copy of any flows etc?

If you're using actions like inboxes or OneDrive, each user would need their own flow as these are tied to personal accounts. However, if you're working with organization-wide data stores like SharePoint or Dataverse, you can build a single flow that multiple users can use and trigger.

Additionally, it's recommended to create separate environments for development, testing, and production. This ensures that flows are properly managed, avoids any accidental changes to production flows, and provides a structured governance model.
