Cleaning up default environment

Hi guys,

I've spent the last few months migrating all our internal solutions to a production environment. The last step is now to cleanup our default environment. I've noticed that there are lots of duplicated Microsoft solutions but I'm really hesitant to go deleting any (if that's even possible).

- Can these be cleaned up?
- What are the CDS Default Publisher solutions? Can these be deleted?

You will need to find out whether the flows are being used. There are some flows that can only run in the default environment, Unless you don't want people to use flows that require the default environment, you will never be able to completely clean up this environment. The types of flows that will only work in the default environment include:
    • Flows with the trigger "For a selected item": These are tied to specific items in SharePoint lists.
    • Flows with the trigger "For a selected file": These are tied to specific files in SharePoint document libraries.
    • Flows created from the Automate menu in a SharePoint list or document library: These are directly integrated with SharePoint and require the default environment.
    • Flows created on Loop components using rules: These also need to be in the default environment.
