Created HTML Table to Send in an Email and the Table Shows Duplicate Data in the rows

Hi,

I'm very new to Power Automate.  I created a workflow that is triggered when a Microsoft form is submitted.  I created a table to show the results of certain columns from the form.  The table is then inserted into an email and sent to the appropriate party.  The flow runs successfully every time but the table in the email has duplicated data for one of the rows.

How do I get the table to one show one row of data?

Here's my workflow:

Here's my output, the Email sent (this is where the row is duplicated):

Can you please share the input and outputs of the Compose action where you do the json function

Then grab the inputs and output of the Select (where you create the table)

Also. if you are accidentally create a loop situation due to the headers being added, then I would suggest NOT putting the headers in at all.
Instead build an array at the start. Add the headers to that and merge the select output INTO that so that you have headers.

I don't usually use Headers (or left side) with my selects when I am doing this for that reason.

But let's look at the data inputs and outputs of the actions in a Run View so I can help you fix it.

Thanks for your response @Michael E. Gernaey!

Hopefully I can answer your questions correctly as I'm not familiar with all the terminology behind power automate.
    1.  The input and output for the Compose action, json, is the question from my microsoft form that has the attachments.  The outputs beyond that point is the output from that compose action.
Would you be able to do a sample workflow (or screenshots) so that I can see how you would add in the array from the beginning to do the headers?

Also, would you happen to know of any good resources for power automate?

    Thanks again
