ReportI have a problem when using 'Launch Outlook' option in Power automate desktop, I get below error code

Dose that means that my orgnization has some policy to block the luanching? I get no confirming from my company,f no one claims that lauching has been blocked. It does not make sence, does anyone know how does this happen?
