Viewing In Progress Approvals

I have several flows that are creating Approvals with "Approve/Reject - Everyone must approve". Once it's approved, the response is recorded. However, I need to be able to check the Approval status at any given time and see who has yet to respond to it. I've checked the Approvals app in Teams, which shows no approvals under the Environment I'm using. I've also checked "https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/<environment id>/approvals/sent" which does show me the pending approvals, but not the individual responses.

Is there any way for me to see the individual responses of an in-progress Approval?

You can get that information from the "Approvals" table in Dataverse.

I have seen this table before but did not realize it was scoped by user. Our flows generate approvals for the user running the flow, but managers need access to review the approval responses as well as the user that generated the approval. Is there a way to allow other users to view entries on these tables?

You can build a Power Apps screen and connect to the Dataverse tables. However, this will require all your users to have a premium license.
