Hi All,
For the notes in the timeline is there a way to default it to a specific font. For eg: Calibri or something else.

Do you want to change the note's default font in timeline?
I'm afraid it's not supported in powerapps currently.
The only solution to change the note's font is to use rich text editor.
However, the rich text editor's default font is set by system.

As an alternative solution, you could consider using pcf to create a custom rich text editor, in which you could set default font.
