Hello

Firstly I don't want to use OneDrive.

I have a file that has approvals running on it. When the approval is finished, I want to convert that file to PDF.

But I get,
BadRequest. The provided workflow action input is not valid.

What am I doing wrong?

    Hello @spinneroo

In which action are you receiving this error?

    Regards,

    Hi there

So far the Get file content action.

    Hello @spinneroo

Really weird error, since I've doing some tests on my side and it is working. In the "Convert Word Document to PDF" action, you should select the file, not the file content... This is my flow currently working:

    Hope it helps!

    Hello @fchopo

Great, I got that working for a file in a library (thank you!) but the problem is that I am working in a document set I was using the get file content action which is why it didn't work).

But my document is in a document set so I need the path of the document set to convert the word doc to pdf.

This is what I have and it fails on the 'convert word document to pdf' action with 'There was an error accessing the file. Please try again or select a different file.'

    Hello @spinneroo

Haveu you tried to use a static file name or document library in the Convert Word Document to PDF ? It seems there's an issue with dynamic fields in this action: Word Online PDF Converter should take dynamic file... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Hope it helps!

    Hello fchopo

I'm not sure what you mean.

Are you saying that I can't convert a doc to pdf in a document set?

    Hello,

I think it's not working with dynamic fields. Could you test your flow using "static" values? I mean by testing the flow with an existing fixed document (instead of using expressions in the doc library name and document name).

    Regards,

    Ferran

    Hello @fchopo

I typed in the static value and it says:

There was an error accessing the file. Please try again or select a different file.
