What is the best way to build a QnA chatbot in PVA that has predefined QnA pairs in 2 columns viz "Question' and "Answer" in an excel? The excel with be stored in a Sharepoint Document Library. Also, I want the chatbot to be able to give the respective answer to the question and not give the link to the full document.

Greatly appreciate any help in this regard

Generative Answers over SharePoint will respond based on files stored in Document Libraries, but currently it does not support excel. You can, however, try using a word document with a collection of questions and answers.

As for removing links, I'm not sure it's advised as copilots should be transparent about the facts that ground their responses, but it can be done: uncheck "send a message", store the response in a variable, and remove the citations:

Open "properties" for your Gen Answers node:

Sorry for dragging up an old topic but has anyone managed to achieve removing citations from an answer stored as a variable in an automated way?
