I'm trying to use OneDrive as a connector, to send an attachment whenever the file is modified, but it displays the following error;

    Your screenshot shows OneDrive, but your question title mentions Google Drive.
    Could you please confirm if this is OneDrive for Business?

    So this can happen for a few reasons
     
    1. the file is actually locked and the trigger is happening too quickly
    2. You do not have permission (I know it doesn't say that but it can be)
    3. The file is actually still locked by whomever is making the modification which is different from #1 lock
    4. the file was modified, but actually was deleted which will cause this.
    5. Your Key path (file path) is incorrect. And it allows sub folders, so you are getting an error because its not looking at the right folder, AFTER the trigger happens.
