OneDrive - Bad Request: Connected host has failed to respond

Hello. I have a flow that have been running smoothly so far until today (or probably last week). The flow is connected to OneDrive and actions under OneDrive are now long running, then showing the below error. I do not see any reported issues in OneDrive so I'm not sure where the issue is. I already tried removing connection and reconnecting it but issue persisted. The step seemed to have been skipped since it's not receiving the data it needed. I appreciate any ideas. Thank you!

you're experiencing connectivity issues with OneDrive in your Power Automate flow. The error message indicates that the connection attempt failed because the connected host did not respond in time. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

    1. Check OneDrive Service Health

Ensure that there are no ongoing issues with OneDrive services. You can check the Microsoft 365 Service Health dashboard for any reported outages or disruptions.

    2. Verify Network Connectivity

Ensure that your network connection is stable and that there are no firewall or proxy settings blocking the connection to OneDrive.

    3. Review Flow Configuration

Double-check the configuration of your flow to ensure that all actions and connections are set up correctly. Make sure that the OneDrive actions are properly configured and that the necessary permissions are granted.

    4. Test with a Simple Flow

Create a simple test flow that performs a basic OneDrive action (e.g., creating a file) to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the specific flow or a broader issue with OneDrive connectivity.

    5. Check for Updates

Ensure that Power Automate and all related connectors are up to date. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs and improve functionality.

    6. Contact Microsoft Support

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. Provide them with the error details and the tracking ID to help them diagnose the problem.

Are you experiencing this issue in other flows as well? If yes, it may be some connection issue, and I would recommend you to add the connection to OneDrive again. If not, it may be an error related to the folder itself.

If you don't have any flows with a OneDrive connection, you can simply save a copy of this one and test it.

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!
