How to get "UserEmailAddress" from send email with option when 'Use Only HTML Message'

I create a flow that is triggered by sending an email with an option and selecting "Use Only HTML Message". I want to retrieve "UserEmailAddress" from the previous response.

'user email address' field is returning null when sending an email with the option "Use Only HTML Message" selected

A flow CANNOT BE TRIGGERED by action "Send email with options". What trigger did you use really? Can you show the whole flow?
