A flow CANNOT BE TRIGGERED by action "Send email with options". What trigger did you use really? Can you show the whole flow?
Great. Now please explain what do you mean saying " I want to retrieve "UserEmailAddress" from the previous response". Also please show the trigger output.
'user email address' field is returning null when sending an email with the option "Use Only HTML Message" selected
