Update SharePoint item based off of another SharePoint list

When a new item is created in a SharePoint list called Sample Setup Form, I would like to reference another SharePoint list called Office Managers to fill in the Office_Manager field in the initial Sample Setup Form list.

For example, If a new record is created in Sample Setup Form, and San Francisco is the Office_Location, then a Flow would automatically update the Office_Manager field with the name Zander Ford

Note: The Office Manager column in the Office Manager’s SharePoint list is a single “person” column.

@v-alzhan-msft This solution worked perfectly.  Thank you so much for providing the screenshots with the arrow markings, that was very helpful 🙂

I have an person list and orders list.

I have a column in the orders list called Employee Lookup which shows the names in the person list

Using your method above I'm struggling a little.

I have two people in person list and 3 orders in order list. Order 145 and 146 x 2.

comparing the order id column in the person list and order list.

Can I update the lookup column?

Order ID 145 is against Fred and 146 against Ross

I have tried adding in Name from the item is created in the person list but doesn't work.
