Automatically send emails from Excel with PowerAutomate

Hello,

I have followed instructions on this site to send automate emails from Excel.

Is there a way of adding person name in the body of email? e.g. I have a column in excel table Forename, so would want name to show in email, e.g. Dear Bob.

The email column is Person_Email_Add and the other columns are Forename, Surname, ID, Supervisor_email_add

The flow works fine, also is there a way of adding CC in the email from the field from the excel table Supervisor_email_add?

Thanks in advance.

While maybe others will, most of us are not going to look at that video. It doesn't for sure show us what you did. We need you to share your flows, your data, your inputs and outputs, your logic and explain it, not ask us to get it from a video.

Inside the email body input, you can combine both dynamic and static content. For your use case, you can simply add the dynamic content corresponding to the Forename column in the body, like this:

You can also refer to the following videos and blogs related to your issue (the first video and the first blog explore a very similar scenario to yours, combining dynamic and static content in the email body):

    - Video: Using dynamic content in Power Automate: https://youtu.be/jpledJfaEPQ

For the CC, you can simply show the input from the Advanced Parameters, click in Switch to advanced mode and use the dynamic content for Supervisor_email:

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!
