Hi!
I got Lifetime validation failed. Token expired in the action of get a token of @mention tag of Microsoft Teams. I tried to log in with another navigator and the token hasn't been refreshed. Also, I've checked that all the connections use in the flow are active and there isn't any issue. 
 
Can you help me to find a solution?

    There are a number of issues happening across the stack, this could very well be related there. I would open a ticket to support. My guess is they will tell you its a known issue and to be patient :-(
