Hi!
I've been trying to start a Flow to make a word document from replies in my Forms using this template: https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/nl-nl/galleries/public/templates/3c651e28cded46aab2ba40a2c3116f30/word-en-pdf-documenten-maken-van-microsoft-formulieren/
However, every time I want to connect with my account on Forms, it doesn't work. I get the error that the authentification isn't possible and I need to check my account. But I can't find a way to fix this.
I have a Office 365 Home account. It just doesn't say that that won't work...
I've searched all over the internet, but can't find a solution. In the connections part of my Flow account is the connection and it says connected.
Can someone please help me out?
Thanks in advanced.
Hi there,
i am facing the same issue and agree that the solution provided does not solve the problem. I also have a vlid Office 365 Home subscription.
Thanks!
Thanks for your reply, @v-yamao-msft.
I would love to subscribe to Microsoft Forms, but I don't have a clue how to do that.
When I go to https://forms.office.com/ it goes straight to the page to design a form. There is no place to get a subscription.
I do have an Office 365 Home account.
I would love to hear how to fix this, as this treat isn't solved yet...
Hi @11afotografie ,
Thanks for updating.
Yes, that would be the cause for this issue.
Before creating a flow with Microsoft Forms, you need to create a connection to Microsoft Forms first.
To create a connection, you are asked to provide credentials for the connector.
So in your case, please subscribe the service first, then create the connection. After these done, you will be able to start the flow from the template.
Best regards,
Mabel
Hi @v-yamao-msft,
Thank you for your reply.
No, when I start the flow with that template, I get this image:https://www.dropbox.com/s/97z7k1qs62y0vr6/Word%20%20en%20PDF%20documenten%20maken%20van%20Microsoft%20formulieren%20%20%20Microsoft%20Flow.jpg
No, I don't have a subscription of Forms. Is this neccessary? I can't find any information about that anywhere.
I can't send you a screenshot from the flow, because I'm stuck in the first step with the connection with Forms, so I can't even make a flow...
I hope you can help me.
All the best,
Mariska
Hi @11afotografie ,
It seems that you’ve already created a connection to Microsoft Forms. When you start the flow from the template, could you find that the connection is already available likes below?
By the way, do you have a subscription of Forms?
Could you share some screenshots of your flow?
Best regards,
Mabel
