Update a row in Sharepoint using a itemInternalID

Hi Team,
Is there a way to update a row in business excel online with Key column as itemInternalID which comes as output in 'List rows present in a table' .
But the itemInternalID doesnot exist as a key column in -'Update a row'.
My table in SP excel doesnot have an unique PK id for a row as well.
