When an event is added, updated or deleted (V3) not getting triggered

Hi,

I have a flow that uses the trigger "When an event is added, updated or deleted (V3)".

The calendar in question is a shared mailbox that receives request from the service Microsoft Bookings.

For some reason, I'm unable to get the flow to trigger when I add events to the calendar of that shared mailbox.

We setup a password for that shared mailbox and I've logged in to it via Flow to make sure the connections of the triggers are tied to this account, but nonetheless, it's not working.

Any idea on how to trigger it?

Thanks!

    Hi @SamKBS ,

Not sure if you have seen the below but putting it here regardless.

The trigger you are using is for personal calendars only.  This thread here provides more details and also a potential workaround to sharing out calendar to your user account.

Thanks for sharing! It actually resolved my issue.

Here's the specific comment that did the job.

As soon as I gave the user permissions using this method, the calendar I was looking for was immediately available in the drop down list of my trigger in Flow.
