Extract Excel table data when saved to SP Library and send data to SP list

What I am trying to do is extract the data from a table in excel file after it is saved to a document library and save the data into a SP list. I will then use this data in my powerapp.

I am looking to pull the following fields into the new SP List from the excel file:

Title = Name of File

Last Name

First Name

DOB

Place of Birth

Rank

Job

1. Is your excel data inside table? if not please format as table by selecting required columns.
2. Use excel connector - List row present in a table.
3. Use create item action and supply respective dynamic content of excel columns in SharePoint list columns.\

Hi @Hardesh15

Yes the data is already in a table called Table1.

How do I setup a connection with Excel if the name of the file will be different each time a user uploads the file?

The issue i am facing is that I need to pull the data from the file each time a new file is uploaded. Each file will have a unique name that I need to assign to the Title field in the SP list.
