Loop an unanswered Nexmo call - any suggestions?

Hello

I'm creating a flow where I need to loop the call alert made via Nexmo connector when the call is not answered (for at least 3 times before moving on). For this I need to extract the 'unanswered' call status event - which should be returned to the callback URL on the Nexmo connector?

1) Can I configure a callback URL via the Webhook connector here? If yes, how do I then define the webhook connector (all empty fields)?

If the above works, how do I proceed to request for the call status event / if now, any one mind shedding light? Progress of researching from scratch is going in rounds / too slow. Appreciate any experts' help!

P/s: not a programmer background here 😞

    Hi @AL_GSEA138839,

In fact, feature Configure run after is generally recommended if an action timeout occurs. You can configure it as when the previous action has timed out, execute it. Then the flow will still run the next actions.Annotation 2019-09-18 135139.png

Also, if you are interested in webhook, you can learn these tips about HTTP Webhook action of the HTTP connector firstly:

    Hello @v-litu-msft

    Thanks for the tips.

May I confirm if the call (ringing but not answered) is considered timed out? Because during the testing phase, ringing calls, though not answered is considered successful. If so that does not resolve the problem.

I also looked at the webhook, but does not seem applicable here.

Appreciate your confirmation. Just to clarify the objective:

    1) Place automated voice call for an urgent alert.

    2) Check if the call was answered

    3) If not answered, attempt another 2 times on same number

    4) If all attempts (3x) fails, then move on to next number and same process repeats.

    UPDATE:

Just tested the time out again, does not work, it skips the whole flow once a call rings and ends up not picked up - the flow ended with first number that rang but never picked up.
