MS Forms to JIRA w/attachment

HI everyone, this is my first post. To be honest, I am shocked I have been able to get my flow to work as far as it has, it's only due to this community that it does. Thank you for that.

I need a bit more help though, and although I have tried to use the community, I have not been successful in my most recent challenge.

I have built an MS forms page, with two questions and an attachment. The attachment is not required. The flow essentially has the user filling out the form, and if there is an attachment it gets stored to SharePoint, and I send an email with the JIRA key and the attachment they attached. If there is no attachment, they get a similar email just without the attachment.

Ideally on creation of the JIRA key, I could attach the uploaded attachment but that does not appear to be an option. What I have read is that I need to use an API call to post the attachment to JIRA after its creation. At this point everything works, minus the actual attaching to JIRA.

Would you be able to help me to determine the issue? Thanks!!

The last presented error was on the last step, with the comment "Action 'Get_file_content_using_path' failed"
