Unfortunately, the inbuilt actions come with limited tables and columns. If you want to insert or update tables/columns that are not available in standard, the only option is to go custom. You can achieve this by creating a Custom API or Custom Action in Business Central.
For retrieval, you don’t always need to go custom — you can simply publish the existing page as an API and use it directly in Power Automate
