File uploading problem

I tried to upload PDF files containing property taxes and medical expenses, but the Copilot couldn't process them. The message was  "It looks like the file you uploaded is either empty, corrupted, or in a format that I can't process. Could you try uploading it again or provide more details about what you need help with? I'm here to assist!"  Does anyone have the same problem?

    the error states that the file is corrupted/in unexpected format. Is it a file with scanned images maybe? Currently images are not supported, see:
