customize cell format when adding a row to an excel table

Is there a way to set the font color in an excel cell when adding a row from power automate?  Here is an example

Excel Table:

column 1     column 2     column 3

ABC             123               XYZ

ABC             123               #%$

 

I want column 3 to be highlighted in some way because it is the only value that changed from the previous update.

 

I'm using "get changes for an item or f

    You can write script in web excel and run the script in power automate if you have license.

    Ok, I get that.  Where can I find info on how to write scripts.  I only want to target cells in the columns that have changed from the previous extract.
