Form with upload picture to show in Sharepoint list

Hi,

I was so glad to see that there's an upload feature for MS Forms. I was building a Flow that would populate a Sharepoint list with the Form responses. One of the field in the Form response includes uploading a photo. In the Sharepoint list, I added a column that is a Picture type, but when you go to Flow, it is not allowing me to add the said column in the Create Item. However, when you look at the Dynamic content, the Form field is there.

Really hope someone can help me on this 🙂

hi @yojie  What you can do is get the link of the file that the forms generate for you.

    Here an example.

    links.PNG

Then you can insert the link in a sharepoint list of use the same link to create an item by URL in One Drive

    Hi,

how would i get this to work if my form has 2 separate questions to upload 2 separate images?

i want the URL's to then pass to a Sharepoint list.

i have tried to replicate the sames steps for both photos but the flow keeps failing on the Parse Json of the 2nd photo file.

    Hello,

The GIF was very helpful. I am using it to capture form inputs into an online Excel sheet. I am receiving error when there are no photos uploaded into the form. Are you aware of a way to successful include step or expression that identifies if there was an upload photo included?

    Thank you!
