Retrive email messages from outlook from contains not work

I'm retrieving the email from retrieve email messages from outlook action in PAD, there are working TO contains and Subject filter. but FROM contains not work
email i got FROM contains is shared mailbox. 
if i add subject filter, i retrieve 4 emails but actually i have 7 emails need to retrieve. 
how to retrieve emails FROM contains

    Do you use full email addresses in the From contains field?
    From contains (and To contains) can be bit confusing since it requires full email address.
    Unlike Subject or Body contains which only needs string that is inside the Subject line. So From contains has to have full email address and not for example @microsoft.com but user@microsoft.com.
