Hi all,

i am struggling to create a flow with does the following,

go thorugh a SharePoint Site, which does contains a lot of Folder, SubFolder and SubSubFolder. E.g. /Shared Documents/General/CustomerName/Project A/Projectsteering/

From The Folder Projectsteering which is always the same name, it should list all Files which are .docx and put it on a Sharepoint List (or whatever) and list the filename and the full path to open them quickly

If someone could me some hints which functions should be used here, i would highly appriciate it!

Thanks!

    Hi @JPT0815,

You could try a OData query in a Get Files (properties only) action. However, if it is a lot of data you might require to enable pagination as well.

    Below is an example

The below filter checks if the Path (internal name FileDirRef) contains ProjectSteering, if the FSObjType is 0, which is a file and if the Name of the file (FileLeafRef) contains .docx extension.

    (substringof('Projectsteering',FileDirRef)) and (FSObjType eq 0) and (substringof('.docx',FileLeafRef))

    Hi @Expiscornovus,

    thanks for the help!

As for as i can tell right know, the first part of the filter does not work.  (substringof('Projektsteuerungsprotokoll',FileDirRef))

If i remove this part i get a list of all .docx documents in that sharepoint site.
