Power Automate - Form processing to email

Hello,

I'm having trouble sending answers to a form by e-mail.

I've been able to do this thanks to the "Form processing to email and SharePoint" template, and in the body content I've entered all the form categories thanks to dynamic content.

The main objective is to people to fill the form, and the answers of the form to be send to a third person. This works

However, I would like the email to be sent from the email address of the person that filled the form. It is currently not the case, as the email is sent from my own email adress every time.

Can I choose the sender as the person that answered to the form ? When I select "responder's email" in the "From (send as)

It doesn't work and I have this error :

How can people fill this form without the sender to be me ? (Obviously because i'm the owner of the form or of the flow)

Can you help?
Thank you

    Hi @hello8

You need a service account or generic account that could be used a common sender of all the emails. You could get modified outlook connection under that account to make it a sender for all emails. Or you could ask the exchange admin to grant you required permissions to set that account as send on behalf in "Send an email" action.

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks

I already tried to use a generic account, but I had the same result.

Does this account have t have a specific configuration so that it works ?
