Hi all,
I tried to remake this flow https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Community-Blog/How-to-merge-PDF-files-in-Microsoft-Flow-Azure-Logic-Apps-and/ba-p/116192. To try and convert parts of multiple excel files to pfd and then merge the pdf into one, but my flow does not work.
i tried to make a concept with one excel file, to test the flow. I know its a long shot but does anyone know how to make a flow like this?

The blog you provided is trying to merge PDF files by using Plumsail connector.
Actually, you no need to use the Plumsail to convert Excel file into PDF, you could try the List rows present in a table action + Create HTML table action to convert the Excel file into PDF, for example:
