My apologies if this has been asked before but I couldn't find a response that matched my criteria. I'm quite new to using Power Automate and am at my wit's end trying to devise a solution for this problem!
I am trying to populate a word doc via the premium 'Populate a Word doc' connector, that uses the responses given in an MS Forms submission to add specific text, images and hyperlinks to the document. I have had some success by intialising variables and then setting them based on the conditional responses of the form but the document I am now trying to populate is so large I worry that i'll run out of variable allotments (250 max).
As the final document will include text, images and hyperlinks, i'm really struggling to build this flow in a way that means I'll end up with the required document without having to manually set each and every variable (and as mentioned, I believe there will need to be more than 250 variables in total). I've figured out a way of conditionally including the images and hyperlinks but I worry i'm not doing it in the most efficient/sensible manner.
Any advice would be very welcome and thank you for your time.
