Send mail when Forms has a specific number of responses

Hi!

We use forms to fill up a large number of courses, and we manually track when the course is full. Is there a way to send an email when a specific number of responses has been submitted?

Example:
Responses 1 - 20: No mail
Response 21 and up: Send mail warning me that the course is full, and I should close the form

(What I really want is to enable a limit on the form, but I understand that's not possible yet)

Got it to work after some trail and error by using the response id.
The only thing missing now is to automatically close the form for submitions.
