When you check the box, it will bring up the form fields in that gallery, my question is , currently it isn't saving the data back to the SharePoint list.

how do I get each gallery to save its data back to SharePoint.

image shows the 2 checkboxes, when the Open Log and Open Event log is checked than a form will show up, the issue is it isn't saving the data.

    You are stating that a form shows up...in that case, you should be using a SubmitForm function to submit your data to the list.

    I hope this is helpful for you.

    can you share your save button code?

    It is using the built in SharePoint save button..

    I do not have anything except this for the ONSelect: ( since the SharePoint Save button works for the main form, it is when the gallery form fields are filled out, then it doesn't save the entered data.

    Notify (
    "Record Submitted Succesfully!",
    NotificationType.Success
    )

    I'm sure it something like a custom save code, but not sure

    Yes, so you appear to not have anything in your formula to do the saving.

    Can you share a picture of your app as it is at the moment?  Specifically showing the left control tree list showing the gallery and the controls in it.
