approval/reject flow not working

Hello,

 

I created a flow and the approval side of it works but the reject side of it does not work.  Can anybody assist?  Here is the flow:

    Could you pls expand the actions added for rejection flow, need to check how those are configured? Pls share the screenshot(s) in edit mode.
