    Can you share a screenshot of your setup. Are you using the same library in both actions?
     
    It looks like you used a custom value in your List or Library Name dropdown field. Have you double checked you used the correct display name of the library?
     
    Below is an example setup which should work.

    Yes, I am using the same library name on both actions, and I did not use a custom value.
