Update SharePoint List Person Column from Excel - Send HTTP Request to SharePoint

Hi,

 

I have created a flow which takes Employee Name from Excel, and I want to update the Employee Name Person Column in a SharePoint list. I am using Send an HTTP request to SharePoint, and have tried both Post and Patch with one error "Input Character is in a incorrect format".

 

Any tips on what I am doing wrong.
