It's glad to be here. Now I'm building a system to analyze maintenance data in my company. The datas are collected by Forms and stored in Sharepoint list using Power Automation. Then I built a report in Power BI to analyze these data, It's good enough.
But for some quality system reasons, I need to generate a report for each item/row in Sharepoint list for compliance, like this:
These blanks are data to be retrieved from Sharepoint list, now I use Access to generate report for each row. It's relative good, but not good enough. Access could not be intergrited into PowerBI or Power Automate, so I cann't make it generate report automaticlly. Is there any app in Power Platform could generate reports like this, so it could run automaticlly and me and my team don't need to push some buttons manully in Access, these operations will create a sense of seperation.
