Edit input in Power Automate

I am sending an input (a letter) from power apps to power automate. I want to be able to edit that input to include date and time at the end of the letter above a underline. Is there a way to edit that input as HTML within power automate?

PowerApps passes the data to Power Automate as trigger parameters, allowing you to enhance or alter the input as needed. Whether through a variable or a straightforward compose action, you have the flexibility to append.

Hi, can you explain how to alter or edit the input? Ive tried using the compose action and called the input variable but I cant alter it further. It allows me to call the input but doesnt allow me to alter it? Could you explain how to edit/add/delete items inside of the input variable I've passed from power apps to power automate
