No option "Manage Run-Only User"

Hello,

 

I followed the guide Manage connection access while sharing button flows to enable richer scenario.

 

But on none of my 2 tenants I have no option like this. I have First release On and started a trial for Flow. 

 

How do I activate it?

    Hi @Pierrers,

     

    Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

     

    I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

     

    The "Manage Run-Only User" would only support in the flow with trigger "Manually trigger a flow" or "For a selected item",

    Please make sure you have created a flow with trigger "Manually trigger a flow".

    OK, I can see the option now as I created "For a selected item" triggered flow. 

     

    I simply could not imagine that it can't work for "created item" or other similar triggers! Do you know if it's coming?

    Hi,

     

    I do have the same issue: Created a flow that sends automatically E-Mails after a user has created an articel. Some Users of the sharepoint website are tiggering the flow, some dont´t. So how can i make it accessible to all website users?

    If the trigger is for when an item is created, it will only ever run from the account that made it, how will anyone else trigger it?
