Create new file when new item added to SharePoint List

Hello,

I've set up the following flow to create a new file (using a template) when a new item has been added to a SharePoint list but its not creating a usable file. Could someone advise where I've gone wrong with the below?

It creates a file but doesn't added the name and then when the file is opened the below error message appears

Hi @shelleyb
Please try to pass Static name in create file Action for example Test.xlsm and then verify I think you are trying to pass invalid or Empty value in Name field of create file Action which you select dynamically.
