How do I check if item exists in multiple columns in Excel?

How do I ensure I have unique values in 2 columns before submitting the new row from Forms? if the old row does not have the same value as the new one, the new one must be added to the excel file.

Values I want are "BikeNumber" and "BikeProblems" so if the bike number does not have the same problem I want it added in the file.

Thanks.

@Sobenara  you can use List rows present in table action and use filter query in that action example below, then check the count of rows returned by List rows present in table action, if its more than zero that means the data already exists.

BikeProblems eq 'Brakes' AND BikeNumber eq 123

@Sobenara  i am sorry i confused this filter with Get Items, yes List rows action doesnt support multiple filters so i suggest to use filter query  as below in List Rows action, then use filter array action as shown below to further filter by BikeProblems column

    BikeNumber eq 123

    Hi @Sobenara ,

Sorry for the late reply. Maybe you could check this Post.

The method I use is the same as provided by @annajhaveri , but the process is slightly more detailed.

    Best Regards,
