Options to avoid reauthentication when Service Account AD password is reset (we are not allowed to set these passwords to no expire)

Has anyone implemented anything in Azure security that prevents Flow Owners having to go and reautheticate connections when the service account password has expired ?

We are not allowed to set these accounts to not expire
