Add link to attachments into HTML table

Hi,

I have a daily automation which checks for any submitted records into a SharePoint site for the previous day. If there are more than zero records it finds the records and drops them into a HTML table then sends an email. This includes a link to each individual record creating, which takes the user to the SharePoint form. It works great ... however, each of the records has a jpeg attachment, which I'd like to create a link for in the table. How do I look for the link to each attachments and add this to the HTML table please?

One question - if a list item has multiple attachments ?- should every link of each attachment should be enclosed in a cell corresponding to row in html table ?- or can we assume one attachment per list item ?

Hi, there will only ever be one attachment per list item. And there will always be 1 attachment. Thanks.

Hi @RS-29010719-0

I think u need to use get attachments to get details of attachment present in each list item and append it to an array where you have details from each list item, finally then converting the array to html table format. see below for reference

Outside the loop, use create html action

This would work !
