Hi,
Similar to how you can automatically add a row when a response is submitted into an excel file. I want to be able to do this for a Microsoft forms Quiz. However when I try to do the same process, it is not giving me the dynamic content from the list of response details.
Is there a way I can update an excel file with the response details? Ultimately, I'd like to use it as an attachment to an approval step to be approved/rejected.

Have you tried to create the flow from 0 again?
